Individual Therapy

Individual therapy, also known as psychotherapy or counseling, offers one-on-one sessions with a trained therapist to explore personal challenges, emotional issues, and goals for personal growth. Through a collaborative and confidential relationship, individuals can gain insight, develop coping skills, and work towards positive change in their lives.

Family Therapy

Family therapy involves sessions with a therapist that include multiple family members. It focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within the family unit. Family therapy provides a safe space for family members to address issues, understand each other's perspectives, and foster a supportive environment for growth and healing.

Parent Coaching

Parent coaching offers guidance and support to parents in navigating the challenges of raising children. Through personalized sessions, parents can learn effective communication techniques, positive discipline strategies, and methods for promoting healthy development and relationships within the family. Parent coaching empowers parents to build stronger connections with their children and foster a nurturing and supportive family environment.

What are your rates?

Bloomwell Counseling provides individual therapy sessions, available both in-person and virtually, priced at $180 for a 50-minute session. For those in need of a reduced rate, a limited number of sliding scale slots may be available.

Do you accept insurance? 

Although we do not accept insurance directly, we are able to provide a detailed superbill receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. It's important to note that coverage varies significantly from one policy to another, so there's no guarantee of full or partial reimbursement for my services. Nonetheless, some clients have reported receiving reimbursement from their insurance providers.

How long will therapy take?

Once we've had the chance to understand you better and discuss your goals, we can provide a rough estimate. Typically, clients engage in approximately 15-20 sessions, but the duration can vary. Some journeys are shorter, while others extend over a longer period—we've supported clients for years as they navigate the different seasons of their lives.
