Meet Allyse Teltser, LCSW
Founder and Therapist
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and genuinely yours. My approach blends real emotional support with practical tools so that the work we do together doesn't just make sense in the room, but holds up in real life.
I specialize in working with preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also work with families who need support communicating, reconnecting, and healing together.
I am intensively trained in DBT and fully trained in EMDR, two of the most research-supported approaches available for the clients I work with. My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and free to grow at your own pace.
